Frequently Asked Questions

1. Who are these retreats for?

Our retreats are exclusively for women who are expecting a baby. We create a safe, intimate, and supportive space where you can connect deeply with yourself, your pregnancy, and other expectant mothers. This dedicated environment allows for open sharing, relaxation, and full immersion in the experience without external distractions.

2. When is the best time to attend a retreat?

Many participants find the second and early third trimesters ideal, as they can fully benefit from the movement, mindfulness, and birth preparation sessions.

3. Do I need prior yoga experience?

No, our prenatal yoga sessions are suitable for all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners. Modifications are provided to ensure comfort and safety.

4. What does a typical day at the retreat look like?

Each day includes guided prenatal yoga, breathwork, birth preparation workshops, relaxation practices, nourishing meals, and free time to rest or explore. The schedule is thoughtfully designed to balance learning, movement, and relaxation.

5. What kind of food is served, and can I bring my own?

We provide wholesome, plant-based meals designed to nourish you and your baby, using fresh, organic ingredients to support your well-being during pregnancy. If you prefer to include animal products in your diet, you’re welcome to bring your own. Each gîte is equipped with a fridge and kitchen, allowing you to store and prepare food as needed. Our goal is to ensure you feel comfortable and well-nourished throughout your stay!

6. Is airport transportation included?

Airport transfers are not included in the retreat price. Since our guests travel from different countries and land at various airports, transfer costs vary. We also recognize that some guests may wish to extend their stay and explore beautiful nearby cities such as Bergerac, Bordeaux, or Toulouse. For these reasons, we leave transportation arrangements flexible so that each guest can choose the best option for their journey. We are happy to provide guidance on travel options if needed.

7. What are the closest airports to the retreat location?
The closest airport to our retreat is Bergerac Airport, just a 45-minute drive away, offering direct flights to the Netherlands, the UK, Portugal, Italy, Belgium, and Montenegro. Additionally, two larger airports—Bordeaux and Toulouse—are both approximately two hours away.

8. What should I bring?

We recommend bringing comfortable clothing, swimsuit and any personal items that help you feel at ease.

9. What if I need to cancel?

We understand that pregnancy can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel, please refer to our Cancellation Policy in the Terms and Conditions for details on refunds and rescheduling options.

11. Can I attend with my partner?
