Our retreats are intentionally designed exclusively for pregnant women to create a nurturing, focused environment that supports deep personal growth, rest, and preparation for motherhood.
 
In a world where birth is so often viewed through a medical lens, how do we return to trusting our bodies—and our babies? How do we create space for birth to unfold as it was always meant to—intuitive, powerful, and deeply connected?


At The HummingBee, we believe birth is not something to be managed or controlled, but something to be respected, supported, and experienced fully. Of course, we are grateful for the advances of modern medicine when they’re needed—but we also know that, for most, birth is not a problem to be solved. It is a natural, physiological process—and one of the most magical experiences life has to offer.


We created this retreat for women who want to prepare for birth in a conscious, holistic way—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. A space where you can step away from fear, listen inward, and connect with your baby and your own innate strength.

Yoga & Movement

We move to prepare. Through gentle prenatal yoga, you’ll explore how to build strength, soften tension, and move in tune with your changing body. You'll learn how to work with gravity, open up space, and connect deeply with your baby.

We inform to empower. Using evidence-based information, we guide you through the stages of labor, birth, and early postpartum. You'll practice comfort measures, labor positions, and tools for communication—so you feel confident and supported in any scenario.
