Prenatal Yoga & Birth Preparation Retreat - Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the participation in the Prenatal Yoga & Birth Preparation Retreat ("Retreat") organized by The HummingBee ("Organizer"). By booking and attending the Retreat, guests agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

The Retreat is designed for pregnant individuals in their second and early third trimester. Participants should consult their healthcare provider before registering to ensure the activities are suitable for their pregnancy.

3. Booking & Payment

Payment in full is required at the time of booking to secure a spot. If this is not possible financially, please contact us for the possibility of multiple installments.
Payments can be made via Credit Card. Or bank transfer by request

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made 10 weeks before the Retreat start date will receive a Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
Cancellations made 4-10 weeks before the Retreat start date will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 4 weeks before the Retreat start date will receive no refund, but you may transfer your spot to another participant.
In case of medical emergencies or pregnancy-related complications, a full refund with appropriate documentation.
In the event of cancellation by the Organizer due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
If you have any questions or need to make changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.

5. Health & Safety

Participants are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, pregnancy complications, or concerns prior to attending.
The Organizer and instructors are not liable for any injuries, complications, or medical conditions arising from participation.
Guests must follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the instructors.

6. Liability & Disclaimer

Participation in the Retreat is voluntary and at the guest’s own risk.
The Organizer is not responsible for personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged during the Retreat.
The Organizer shall not be liable for any accidents, injuries, or medical issues that may arise.

7. Accommodation & Meals

Accommodation and meals provided are as per the Retreat package booked.
Guests must inform the Organizer of any dietary restrictions or allergies in advance.
The Organizer is not responsible for any adverse reactions related to the meals provided.

8. Code of Conduct

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and peaceful manner.
Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the Retreat without a refund.

9. Force Majeure

The Organizer is not liable for Retreat cancellations or modifications due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other force majeure events.

10. Photography & Media Release

By attending the Retreat, guests consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes unless they expressly opt out in writing before the event.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted following the laws of Lot-et-Garonne, France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Villeneuve-sur-Lot, France
