Welcome to The HummingBee — a nurturing retreat for mothers-to-be seeking calm, connection, and confidence as they prepare for birth.
Nestled in the peaceful countryside of South France, we offer all-inclusive 5-day pregnancy retreats designed to support and empower you during this sacred chapter of life. Our retreats blend daily prenatal yoga, birth education, guided meditations, holistic wellness practices, and nourishing plant-based meals, all in a serene, nature-filled setting.
With a focus on mindful preparation, nutrition, and community, we provide a safe and supportive environment where you can slow down, tune into your body, and connect with other mothers on the same journey.
Our team brings together a yoga instructor, a doula, an amazing plant-based chef and a masseuse. We are all passionate about helping you & baby - body, mind, and spirit.

Meet The Team

Ingeborg
Ingeborg is a certified prenatal yoga teacher, retreat leader, and founder of The HummingBee. Her own birth experiences profoundly inspired her to support and guide expectant parents on their journey.
She shares her knowledge through movement, mindfulness, and education to help you feel strong, confident, and deeply connected to yourself and your baby. Her goal is to prepare you for a positive, empowering birth experience.

Sarah
Meet Sarah, a doula and a mother of three. As your doula, she offers support and practical tools to help you approach childbirth with calm and confidence.
She is also a passionate maternity photographer and videographer dedicated to capturing the raw beauty of your most precious moments.
Her goal is to create a safe and nurturing space where you feel empowered, inspired, and ready for birth.

Anna
Massage is all about the touch, and that's exactly what Anna learned 20 years ago when she was studying at Holos, the Holistic Massage Academy in the Netherlands. Besides learning a lot about the human body, way beyond just muscles, she's been taught many different techniques but more importantly *how* to use them in a way that emphasizes on presence and full attention, all in touch with you and your baby. Her goal is to give the most relaxing treatment fully adapted to you.

With Terres de Sens, you explore the magic of plant-based ingredients, creating vibrant, balanced meals that nourish both body and soul. Cooking is a mindful act—engaging all the senses and infused with compassion, gratitude, and love. It’s about bringing harmony through food, reconnecting with nature, and embracing the joy of nourishment. On the menu: colorful, wholesome recipes prepared with curiosity, intention, and the best nature has to offer.
